It was such an honour and privilege to have Le as our realtor. She was such a joy to work with and helped us each step of the way in the process of finding our first home. We couldn’t be more grateful, and we would recommend her to anyone!  Le was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We started looking on our own in Calgary as first-time home buyers, but after a couple of issues it wasn’t working out. We were recommended to work with Le from a family member. We were really set on what we wanted, and she was more than willing to work with us when we started looking.  When we found our home, there was already one more offer on it and they were going to decide that night. Le helped us with everything from start to finish, so we could submit our offer. Le worked with us through the offer process and helped us find a lawyer as we were unfamiliar with the process. She helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one.  We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.  f we texted her a question or an update, she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. 

When you choose to work with Le and we HIGHLY recommend you do she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhood, finishings, she will give you her thoughts/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered,ect.

Right from the first phone call to after the sale date of our condo, you were there for us 24/7!  We had this condo listed prior with a different relator and your knowledge and services don't even compare to what you did for us.  You took the time to arrange cleaners, chatting with and staging the unit with our renter, providing us with THE best listing package including a 4 page pamphlet and online video so buyers could have a virtual tour of the property and assisting us with a real estate lawyer to close the deal.
